The development of modified starch has experienced threephases: the amylolysis phase, the starch derivatives phase andthe current grafted starch phase. 变性淀粉的发展经历了分解淀粉阶段、淀粉衍生物阶段到目前的接枝淀粉研究阶段。

Test result indicate that the conclusion that geothermal water have different degree to promote funcion of amylolysis, alcohol fermentation and acetic acid fermention. 实验结果表明：地热水对糖化、酒精发酵和醋酸发酵都有不同程度的促进作用。
