The “parallel litigation” refers to the actions filed by the same parties for a same object in two or more countries or regions, and it is also called “lis alibi pendens”. 平行诉讼，是指相同当事人之间就同一标的在两个或两个以上国家或地区的法院进行诉讼，也称“一事两诉”。
