Methods:From October 1997 to January 2000, 65 patients with cardiomegaly received heart valve replacement operations. 方法：按心腔扩大的程度不同，将1997年10月至2000年6月65例巨大心脏瓣膜病的患者分成左房型(30例)、左室型(30例)和全心型(5例)。
