Methods: 251 cases performed cricothyroid largngotomy instead of incision of trachea. 方法:251例需行气管切开用环甲膜切开代替。
Conclusion:Cricothyroid laryngotomy is rapid,less hemorrhase,precige,precise.The technique should be recommeded. 结论:环甲膜切开速度快,出血少,定位准确,可长期戴管,在有适应证的情况可在临床推广。
The External Laryngeal Nere is a motor nere, innerating the cricothyroid muscle and part of the transerse arytenoid muscle. 喉上神经外侧支为运动神经，支配环甲肌和部分杓横肌。
