Access was through a left anterior minithoracotomy incision in 11 patients,through a right anterior minithoracotomy incision in 1 patient and through a left parasternal incision in 1 patient. 左乳内动脉与前降支单支移植11例,右乳内动脉与右冠状动脉单支移植1例,左乳内动脉与前降支移植合并大隐静脉与对角支及钝缘支搭蛇形桥1例。
