Methods Fifty four cases of SFR, including 4 spontaneous, 42 traumatic, and 8 iatrogenic SFR, were reviewed. 方法分析1991至2000年8月采用鼻内窥镜下修补脑脊液鼻漏患者54例资料。自发性脑脊液鼻漏4例，外伤性42例，医源性8例。
By using germline transformation together with GAL4 UAS system, we studied the possibility of expressing and functionally characterization of human genes in Drosophila.
